1.) The Club of Budapest International Foundation

- Honorary Members
- Creative Members
- Owner of the name »Club of Budapest«
- Guardian of the mission

2.) The Club of Budapest WorldShift Foundation
Neuss, Germany
- legal entity of the WorldShift Network

3.) WorldShift Network
Main operational body of the Club of Budapest
- Networking in the six spheres of activity
- Build-up of worldwide body of members
- Global partnerships
- Coordination and support of national clubs
- Coordination of international activities

4.) The Club of Budapest General Assembly
Informal, consists of all members and projects of the Club of Budapest; administered by the WorldShift Network
- International Community Meetings
- Thinktank

5.) Office Ervin Laszlo
Budpest, Hungary; Director: Dr. Maria Sagi
- Office of the Chancellor Global Shift University
- Speaker’s Managament and Archives of Ervin Laszlo

In some countries exist national branches of the Club. Although autonomous institutions in principle, these are supervised by the WorldShift Network. The national Clubs support the members of the WorldShift Network in the respective country. Members in whose country doesn’t exist a national Club yet are supported by the respective national ambassador or directly through the WorldShift Network.
